It looks like there may be a compromise that would drop the provision to ban secret ballots on the "card checks" Bill. Amen!
However, there remains a very ominous stipulation requiring "mandatory
binding Federal" arbitration. I think we all know that "Federal" arbitration will favor unions.......so how should this get resolved?
